Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! 


📅 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags and labels attached


🔄 Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color received

  • Manufacturing defects or damaged

If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative item or a full refund.


💰 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

Returns are processed as refund of total order amount, after inspection and quality approval.


📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are required to dispatch the parcel to the Return Address given to them once contacted at their own expense.
HOBS does not cover the return shipping cost unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Customized or special-order products
